FlipDash collects the following categories of personal information from and about you:

• •Identifiers — name, email address, IP address, account username, device identifiers
• •Commercial information — subscription plan, billing and payment history, vehicle inventory records, deal data
• •Internet or network activity — pages visited, features used, session durations, browser and device type
• •Geolocation data — approximate location derived from IP address; we do not collect precise GPS coordinates
• •Professional or employment-related information — dealer license number, business name, and address, if provided
• •Inferences — usage patterns and feature preferences derived from your activity on the Service
• •Audio/visual data — photos and documents you voluntarily upload to the Service

We collect the above categories of personal information for the following business and operational purposes:

• •To create and maintain your account and verify your identity
• •To provide, operate, and improve the FlipDash platform and its features
• •To process subscription payments and manage your billing relationship
• •To send transactional communications — receipts, account alerts, renewal notices
• •To respond to your support and service requests
• •To analyze aggregate, anonymized usage to improve platform performance and features
• •To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• •To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We share data only with service providers who assist us in operating the Service, under strict data processing agreements, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days following cancellation, after which data is permanently deleted. Payment records are retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations. Specific retention periods by data category are described in the Privacy Policy.

FlipDash does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, or health data) as a standard part of the Service. If you upload documents containing sensitive information (e.g., a copy of a state ID for verification purposes), that data is stored solely for your own use and is not processed for any other purpose.

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

• •Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you
• •Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
• •Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
• •Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — (note: FlipDash does not sell or share data for advertising)
• •Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — to the extent applicable
• •Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights

To submit a California privacy request, email privacy@flip-dash.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before processing and will respond within 45 days as permitted by law.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization.
