This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of FlipDash and governs how the Service may and may not be used. It supplements our Terms of Service and Marketplace Rules. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
1. General Prohibited Conduct
You may not use FlipDash to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
- •Any activity that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- •Fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior of any kind
- •Harassment, intimidation, or threats directed at other users, sellers, buyers, or FlipDash personnel
- •Impersonation of any person, business, dealer, or FlipDash employee
- •Creating multiple accounts to circumvent billing, restrictions, or enforcement actions
- •Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing account access with unauthorized parties
- •Using FlipDash to build a competing product or service without express written authorization
2. Prohibited Vehicle & Listing Activity
The following vehicle-related activities are strictly prohibited on FlipDash:
- •Listing, advertising, or selling stolen vehicles
- •Submitting false or materially misleading vehicle information — including falsified mileage, damage concealment, or misrepresented title status
- •Uploading altered, fraudulent, or forged vehicle documents (titles, odometer disclosures, bills of sale)
- •Listing vehicles you do not own or have the legal right to sell
- •Concealing known liens, encumbrances, or legal holds on a vehicle
- •Odometer fraud or rollback of any kind
- •Curbstoning or unlicensed dealer activity in jurisdictions where dealer licensing is required
- •Vehicle trafficking, VIN cloning, or title washing
Submitting fraudulent vehicle documents or misrepresenting title status is a serious legal matter. FlipDash will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving vehicle fraud.
3. Technical Abuse & Security Violations
You may not attempt to:
- •Probe, scan, or test the security or vulnerability of FlipDash systems or infrastructure
- •Bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any authentication, access control, or security measure
- •Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, trojans, or other harmful software
- •Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- •Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction without prior written consent from FlipDash
- •Access or attempt to access another user's account, data, or private information
- •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the FlipDash application
- •Use the Service in any way that degrades performance or availability for other users
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
You may not:
- •Upload, distribute, or publish content that infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right
- •Use FlipDash to host or distribute pirated software, media, or counterfeit materials
- •Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from FlipDash content

5. Spam, Harassment & Misuse of Communications
You may not use FlipDash or its communications features to:
- •Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users
- •Conduct phishing, social engineering, or credential-harvesting campaigns
- •Send repetitive, abusive, or disruptive messages to other users or FlipDash staff
- •Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent
6. User Content Standards
All content you submit to FlipDash — including vehicle listings, uploaded documents, photos, and notes — must:
- •Be accurate and not knowingly misleading
- •Not contain unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene material
- •Not include third-party personally identifiable information without consent
- •Not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
FlipDash does not pre-screen all user content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy without prior notice.
7. Enforcement
FlipDash monitors for violations at our discretion. Upon detecting a suspected violation, we may take the following actions:
- •Issue a warning or notice
- •Temporarily suspend your account
- •Permanently terminate your account without refund
- •Remove or disable access to violating content
- •Report the conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- •Take legal action to recover damages
We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action in cases of serious or clear violations.
8. Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this policy, please report it to our team. Include as much detail as possible — screenshots, URLs, or vehicle information if relevant.
