FlipDash's Marketplace is a deal discovery and vehicle sourcing tool. These rules govern how listings are displayed, what conduct is permitted, and what FlipDash's role is — and isn't — in any transaction.
1. FlipDash's Role — What We Are and Are Not
FlipDash operates as a platform that aggregates third-party vehicle listings and provides tools to help users evaluate and source deals. Understanding our role is critical before you use the Marketplace.
FlipDash is not a buyer, seller, broker, dealer, title company, escrow agent, auction house, or transfer agent. We are not a party to any transaction facilitated or discovered through the FlipDash Marketplace. We do not hold funds, process payments between buyers and sellers, transfer title, or submit documents to any government agency on your behalf.
All transactions are between the buyer and seller only. FlipDash's involvement ends at deal discovery and research. Everything that follows — negotiation, purchase, inspection, payment, title transfer, registration — is entirely between the parties involved.
2. Listing Sources & Data Accuracy
Listings displayed in the FlipDash Marketplace may originate from:
- •Third-party automotive listing platforms and data aggregators
- •Public vehicle listings from private sellers, dealers, and auctions
- •API partners who provide market inventory data
FlipDash does not independently verify, inspect, or validate any listing. Listing data — including price, mileage, condition, photos, and availability — is provided by external sources and may be:
- •Outdated or no longer accurate by the time you view it
- •Incomplete, formatted inconsistently, or contain data entry errors
- •Not reflective of the vehicle's actual condition, title status, or history
You are responsible for independently verifying all listing information before making any offer, commitment, or purchase.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
If you use FlipDash to source vehicle deals, you agree and acknowledge that:
- •All due diligence — including physical inspection, mechanical evaluation, title search, and lien verification — is your sole responsibility
- •Running a VIN history report through a qualified provider before purchase is strongly recommended
- •FlipDash Estimates, Flip Scores, and AI insights are not substitutes for independent appraisal or professional evaluation
- •You are entering into any transaction at your own risk
- •FlipDash is not liable for disputes, vehicle defects, title problems, misrepresentations, or losses arising from any transaction
4. User-Submitted Listings & Content
If FlipDash enables you to submit or share listing information, you represent and warrant that:
- •You have the legal right to sell or offer the vehicle you are listing
- •All information in your listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading
- •The vehicle has no undisclosed liens, encumbrances, theft flags, or legal holds
- •The title status disclosed in the listing is accurate
- •You will promptly update or remove your listing when the vehicle is sold, unavailable, or when material facts change
5. Prohibited Listing Content
The following are strictly prohibited in any listing or deal-related submission on FlipDash:
- •Listings for stolen, salvaged-and-concealed, or illegally obtained vehicles
- •False, inflated, or rolled-back mileage information
- •Misrepresentation of title status (e.g., listing a salvage title vehicle as clean)
- •Duplicate, spam, or placeholder listings
- •Listings for vehicles you do not own or have authority to sell
- •Non-vehicle commercial listings or unrelated solicitations
- •Listings designed to defraud, mislead, or take advantage of buyers
Violations may result in immediate removal of the listing and termination of your account. See our Acceptable Use Policy for broader conduct standards.
6. Reporting a Listing
If you encounter a listing you believe is fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of these rules, please use the "Flag Listing" option on the listing card, or contact our team directly. Include the listing URL, VIN if available, and a description of the issue.

8. Transaction Disclaimer
FlipDash is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for:
